Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

Our focus is to constantly improve the student / trainee / client experiences.
In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will try our best to give you the best learning experience possible by finding a solution to the issues. However, we do not offer any refunds after the payment is made to HMF or it’s service providers towards the fee of the course, workshop, coaching session, mentoring session, or any other paid event / activity offered by Happiness Mitra Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “HMF”).
Please read the specific terms and conditions of every course / workshop / event offered by HMF before enrolling for it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can choose to cancel your enrolment for any of the HMF courses / workshops / sessions / events by sending an email to ao@happinessmitra.com with the subject, “Cancellation of my enrolment in [course name]”. Your enrolment shall be cancelled within 7 days from the date the mail reaches our inbox.
Please note that no refund shall be provided for any cancellation of any of our courses / workshops / sessions / events.
