These orientation workshops focus on training early career hires / freshers to enhance their essential corporate skills and personality, which sets them and their organization into growth path for success.

1. Happiness Consultant: Increase Happiness Quotient amongst employees by identifying the improvement areas (issues in workplace design, culture, policies, processes, team spirit, behaviour, stress, pressure, communications, anything), recommending action plans, implementing approved plans.
2. HR Consultant: Work with HR to incorporate HS and EI on relevant processes viz. Hiring (Evaluate candidates MI type, EI score, HS capabilities), Training, & Talent Development (Continuous evaluation of employees’ HS and EI during annual appraisals, promotions, job rotations, Develop appropriate training programs, train them in their development areas)
3. Personal Coaching: Provide personalized 1-1 coaching and mentorship to help employees tap into their potential and improve upon their specific development areas through required guidance. As per International Coach Federation, the individuals who partner with coaches have reported improved self-confidence (80%), relationships (73%), communication skills (72%), work performance (70%).

1. Employee Engagement: Conduct meaningful employee engagement sessions. Each activity focuses on a critical human skills and helps participants become aware of their capability and any improvement areas. It helps the organization assess each participants human skills capabilities and accordingly train them, reassign their job, rotate them to appropriate job role. Employee engagement events & activities improve team bonding, understanding, empathy and helps create a stress-free happy work environment.
2. Emotional Intelligence (EI) Assessment: Conduct an assessment of employee’s EI. A person’s thoughts generates emotions, emotions drive actions, and actions causes an outcome leading to success or failure. It’s critical for every person to be aware of their thoughts, manage their emotions effectively to produce the desired outcome. This assessment helps identify employees’ current EI, identify any development areas, recommend improvement plan and if requested, coach or counsel the concerned employee.
3. Multiple Intelligence (MI) Assessment: Conduct an assessment of employee’s intelligence type as per MI Theory to identify their core strengths. As per MI Theory, every person is dominant in one or two intelligence type. Correct identification and application of the Dominant Intelligence (DI) type help them succeed and grow. It helps employees use their DI effectively to improve the efficiency, productivity and quality of their work. It helps the organization / manager to assign appropriate work or place them in appropriate job role to match employee’s DI where the employee can be most productive.

This workshop is most suitable for millennials, beginners, non-finance professionals... though even finance and experienced folks can enhance their knowledge and skills.
· Includes concepts of spending / saving / investing, need vs want, value of money, Return on Investments, impact of inflation, significance of compounding
· Impact of emotions on ability to create wealth (fear, greed, patience, wants, jealousy, complex, pressure) – in most cases (>90%), we are unable to create wealth due to emotionally drawn decisions
· Investment avenues – options, features, risks, returns, benefits, drawbacks, medium, manage (When to invest? How much? Where? How to evaluate? When to withdraw? Reinvest?
· Planning for goals – from pleasures of life to retirement, avoid being miser or unhappy
· Debts/Loans (personal, house, car) – options, features, risks, benefits, drawbacks, manage (When to take? How much? From where? How to evaluate? How to repay?)
· Need to track personal funds, inflows and outflows, expenditures and investments – no fancy app/software required, but a simple excel sheet
